José Manuel de Prada-Samper is a folklore expert, research associate at the Department of Archaeology of the University of Cape Town and author of books such as The man who cursed the wind, Adam and the Water Maiden and, in collaboration with other scholars, On the Trail of Qing and Orpen. De Prada-Samper lives in Barcelona.
