Adrian Greaves
Dr Adrian Greaves has a PhD in South African history and regularly lectures on the Zulu Wars both in the UK and abroad. He is the author of Isandlwana, also published by Cassel. His books include Flight of Colour, The Curling Diaries of the Zulu War, A Review of the South African Campaign of 1879, A Guide to the Battlefields of Zululand, and Crossing the Buffalo and Rorke’s Drift, both published by Jonathan Ball Publishers.

Having spent many years as a police superintendent, Dr Adrian Greaves now devotes all his time to the study of the Anglo-Zulu Wars. He is the founder/editor of the Journal of the Anglo-Zulu War Historical Society, and gives regular battlefield tours of Isandlwana and Rorke's Drift.
