Bernadette Le Roux
Bernadette Le Roux is a food editor, cookbook author and food stylist. She is currently the editor of Condé Nast Gourmet and moonlights as a blogger at livetoeat.co.za. She has been in the magazine industry for over ten years writing and styling for various titles including Conde Nast House & Garden, Eat In, Eat Out, Visi, Woolworths Taste, Food & Home Entertaining and Marie Claire. She is already a published author of her first award-winning cookbook Prickly Pears & Pomegranate – co-authored with her mother Marianne Palmer – which won a World Gourmand Award in Paris for Best Local Cookbook, as well as author of acclaimed South African chef Reuben Riffel’s second cookbook Reuben Cooks Local.
